Dinner Theatre: Lowcountry Love Cabaret by Actors’ Theatre of South Carolina
The City of North Charleston Cultural Arts Department hosts “Lowcountry Love Cabaret,” a dinner theatre presentation by Actors’ Theatre of South Carolina, February 13th. This ensemble production is a Valentine’s smorgasbord of music, comedy, and tales of love lost and won, with a bit of Black History woven in, with renditions of Nat King Cole’s “Unforgettable,” hits from Billie History and Marvin Gaye, and more. Staring Robbie Madison, Evan Fondren, Anna Lisa Blevins, Zandrina Dunning, Tonya Williams, Michael Easler, and Randall Lee Jr. Directed and produced by Chris Weatherhead. The event is one of the Department’s seasonal Dinner Theatre presentations in Montague Terrace at the North Charleston Coliseum. Check-in and cash bar opens at 6:30; dinner is served at 7, and the performance starts at 8. Ticket sales close February 10th.
