Alvin Ailey Masterclass Now Online

You’re invited to follow and learn from home as Matthew Rushing, Rehearsal Director for Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, leads a masterclass livestreamed from Sadler’s Wells last September. The now recording is available online, presented by Dance Consortium in association with The Space. Company dancers, working with participants on stage, demonstrate selected choreography from their piece “Lazarus” by Rennie Harris. The one-hour livestream, hosted by Hakeem Onibudo, includes instruction followed by a Q&A session with the Sadler’s Wells audience.
